"I have been studying STOTT Pilates with Paula for around 1-1/2 years.  It has been a rewarding experience for me in many ways.  Because Paula did a postural analysis of my body, she was able to focus not only on my whole body but could observe and help me correct of those "trouble" areas.  As Paula and I have progressed through the training, I find that my abdominals are stronger; I feel taller probably because I have better posture; my muscles look toned but not bulky; and I am finally starting to learn how all the body parts work together to make a pleasing whole.  I feel that I am at just the beginning of an exciting journey into learning about myself.
